Web design FAQ — the questions everyone asks.
If you don't see your question here, just message us on WhatsApp — we answer within 24 hours.
Is the code mine after launch?
Yes — 100%. You own every line of code, every asset, every file. We deploy to your hosting account under your name. No lock-in, no licensing fees, no proprietary CMS you'd need to escape from later.
What happens after we go live?
You get a 30-minute walkthrough, a written handover doc, and 14 days of free post-launch support for anything that breaks. Beyond that you can hire us per-hour or take our Care plan — your choice, no pressure.
Is hosting included?
We deploy to Vercel or Netlify on a free tier that handles most small-business traffic at no cost. You only pay if you want our Care plan ($299/mo) which adds monitoring, monthly updates, and direct support.
Do you build e-commerce?
Yes — Shopify or Stripe-checkout integrations are part of the Growth and Scale tiers. We focus on conversion-optimised product and checkout flows, not just product catalogues.
Do you use WordPress?
No. We write hand-coded sites that load in under 2.5 seconds and don't need monthly plugin updates to stay secure. If you specifically need WordPress, we'll tell you who to hire instead — honesty saves both of us time.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Standard split is 50% to start, 50% on launch. For Scale projects we can split further across milestones. Bank transfer or Stripe — no extra fees from us.
What if I don't like the design?
Every tier includes revision rounds — two for Launch and Growth, unlimited in-scope for Scale. We share daily so you're never surprised at the big reveal. If you genuinely hate everything after round one, we refund 50% of what's been paid and part ways.
How is this different from a $300 template?
A $300 template looks like 10,000 other sites and tells visitors you saved money on your own brand. We build custom from a real conversation about your audience and your goals. That's why our cheapest tier starts at $1,450 — it's a different product, not a more expensive version of the same thing.
