No fine print, no hidden clauses. These are the standard terms for every project — clarified in writing in your specific scope before work begins.

1. Engagement
A project is engaged when you accept a written scope from us and pay the deposit (typically 50% of the total). The scope document supersedes anything on this page if there's a conflict.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices on this site are in AUD and exclude GST (we'll add GST once we cross the threshold). Standard split is 50% to start, 50% on launch. Late payments accrue 5% interest per month after 14 days overdue.
3. Deliverables & ownership
On final payment, you own all final delivered code, copy, and design assets outright. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless you specifically request NDA in writing.
4. Revisions & scope
Each tier includes a specific number of revision rounds (see the Pricing page). Additional rounds or work outside the written scope are billed at AUD $120/hr, agreed in writing before we proceed.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime before launch. If you cancel after design has started but before development, we keep the deposit. If you cancel mid-development, we keep the deposit and you owe the second instalment pro-rated to work completed.
6. Liability
We're not liable for losses caused by third parties (your hosting, your domain registrar, payment processors, etc.) or for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any project is capped at the total amount you've paid for that project.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes go to courts in Melbourne, Victoria.
